WuXi TiYang Forging Co., Ltd. is a company which is specialized in producing various sorts of ferrous and non-ferrous metal forging parts. We have 3 friction pressing machine producing lines. The company’s annual produce capacity can reach to 3000 tons die forging parts, and many types of less than 30kg high quality forging parts. Also according to customers’ requirements we can make different kinds of heat treatment.

Since the company founded in 1995, we have persisted in the concept of “Respect science , People oriented ” The company has formed a professional forging team. They have scientific design, effective management and safety produce.    

In terms of the quality object: to “Create ‘TiYang Forging’ as a famous forging company, produce high quality forging parts, control over all process, ensure the qualification ratio of 99% in once.” Guided by this goal, the company implements it from the top down. After taking the certificate of ISO9002 and TUVW2000 standard production authentic certificate we do all the management based on them.

The company has produced more than 600 types of forging parts, the main products includes ferrous forging parts, precise forging parts, extruding forging parts, and special forging parts . Also the company can machine the disc to the finished part for export. The company would try their best to satisfy all the customer whatever the inside or the outside of the products.
